hello, Im new with this site and this phone! i really like the phone and i was wondering if someone could help me figure out why i can not get picture mail and connect to the internet.i got this phone used.also my friend sent me some picture mail or text,and when i try to open it ,it says click go/view to see now picctures.sprintpcs.com. thanks for any help!

You can find out what kind of Treo it is by going to Start -> settings -> system -> about -> phone

I don't know about Sprint, I have Verizon. I got a used Treo 700W for my wife and she can't send MMS messages without a data plan. With a PDA you'll need a data service for web and MMS.

ok, i dont have that data plan.software version is treo700wx-1.14-spnt.so i guess i will contact sprint and see about the data plan. i also have been having another problem if any one can help.i have files on my phone i would like to look at,when i go to[ start.[file explorer[my documents. i try to open it says,there is no app. associated with the file.it also says run app. first, then open this file from within the app. if anyone can help i would appreciate it. thanks alot for the help.

Well what kind of files are these and where did they come from..?

they are video files and some other ones i dont know. they were on the phone when i got it used!
