hello, im brand spankin new to the pda world. i got my treo700W today and i was told that this site is the number one place to find all kinds of cool stuff to make the phone better than when it came from factory. the first thing i did was read the postings under the 700w topic and came across the registry tweak sticky thread. everything was there on how to tweak/mofify the registry EXCEPT FOR WHERE DO YOU GET THE HACK PROGGIE IN THE FIRST PLACE?
where can i download the reghack proggie, how do i install it, do i download it on the pc or the phone itself? questions, questions, questions

sorry for being such a noob and this may sound like a stupid question, but you have to start somewhere right?

oh yea, in addition, most importantly, what about the battery hack to improve batt life? where do i find the stuff that changes the today screen, make screensavers, rearrange the icons, etc? i only know this from reading what others on the forums did to theyre phone.

so 24 hrs have gone by, and theres absoloutly no one on this entire site that can answer my thread? no one at all?
ive been doing some searching on here as well, still nothing as far as regedit programs for this. i did find something for windows mobile 5, but i have win mobile 6, and 5 wont work
soo.......again--anyone out there?

i got it installed on the phone, but not sure if the sticky thread code is meant for this phone, i tried a few of the mods on the thread but they werent listed on the phone itself. at the bottom of that stick thread theres what used to be a link to other codes but its a dead site apparently cuz when i clicked it , it said page could not be displayed
