Need a 700p Rom!

A child was playing with mine and when I got it away from him it was on the blank white screen asking to update the rom.

It's dead now! take battery out and put it back in all I get is question to update rom then color bars.

This is a Verizon phone.

Yes! Today my phone randomly did the exact same thing (only thing I did on it today was make a phone call or two) and I'm looking for the same files.
