I have been trying to send and receive picture messaging from my 650p and I can't do it. I have even read through the manual and what the manual says and what my phone has is two different things. Could someone tell me how to do it.

Go to the MMS app,
Select "New",
Select (or lookup) the address you want to send the message to,
type a subject and any text,
tap the "picture" icon (looks like a sunset over water)
navigate to the photo you want to send,
tap "Send".

Done.

you have it. go to the messaging app and click new. If you dont see those icons mentioned above, click the "add" button. That will switch you from SMS to MMS

what is the differance between sms and mms?

SMS is text only, MMS is multimedia messaging (text/sound/images/video)
