My boss's wife has had her 650 (on Verizon) for some time. Loves it, and has had no problems. Then, suddenly (I am uncertain what led up to this tragedy), the phone side stopped working. When she tries to turn on the phone, it cannot find the network.

What I have found is that some VITAL information in "Phone Info" is missing. The following fields are simply blank:

Phone Number
Verizon Username
ESN
PRL Rev
PRI Checksum

I don't know how this happened. How do I fix it?

P.S. Yes, I tried searching on this subject, but found nothing.

I tried a hard reset. The phone info is still missing.

Take it to a Verizon store, or call them....

Try updating the software.
