Where can I find a side by side comparision of features offered by the Treo 600 and the Treo 650?

What about the 650 is better than the 600?

My boss's wife has been eyeing the 600, so my boss is considering it as a Christmas gift. Of course, in my ultimate wisdom, I told him that the 650 would be out very soon, and that his wife should have the latest and greatest.

The problem? ... My company is on Verizon, and since I don't hang out here (I have an I500), I didn't realize that there would be a significant delay in Verizon offering the 650.

I was just wondering ... how significant are the upgrades from the 600 to the 650? Is the 600 wonderful enough in its own right?

There is no question that we are definitely staying with Verizon. The question is do we get the 600 now or wait for (a year?) the 650?

Faster Processor
Removable Battery
Automatic backup of RAM to internal Flash memory
Better camera (but not higher pixels)
