I appreciate the kind words. And, I know what you mean about noise. I know that one site had over 10,000 posts I think before the Treo 600 was even available! One thing that helps us is our FAQ database. By moving answers there, to a place that is easy to navigate, I think we avoid a lot of the repetitive questions over time (but not all). The challenge is getting the FAQs updated... something I'm a little behind on right now. I'm going to do a major sweep of the Treo 600 FAQ content next week when our promotion is over. My guess is that I'll be able to add about 40-50 FAQs there. The FAQ page is completely usable in the mobile form as well.
For those listening, anyone can input an answer into the FAQ database!

Yep, we're talking about the same site, just a boatload of users!
Using a feedback-enabled FAQ is a great idea.
In fact, it makes me want to add a Treo FAQ's section to treo600essentials.com and link you guys to it - maybe I'll do that later today.
