When will the Treo 600 be released?

Reps at Handspring have been reluctant to offer a specific date that the 600 will be available for purchase, but have guarantedd that it will be available before year's end. Initial reports planned for an October release but as we've seen in the past, even if the device is released in October by Handspring it may not be widely available to the public until weeks later.
