If the Treo 600 battery dies, will I lose anything?

The battery is designed to turn off the device with enough stored power to maintain your data. However, if you leave your Treo 600 battery dead for more than three days, you may experience data loss. Handspring suggests charging your Treo 600 as often as possible so you don't experience a low battery and performing at least daily HotSync operations so you have your data backed up on your computer.
