i have treo 300 read msl software and write prl software, and software can reset msl to 000000, only sell or exchange me interesing cdma software

I do not need msl software (already reset my msl to 000000). What will the prl software do? I currently have service, but always roaming. Will the prl software self correct or do I need my carrier (Alltel) to provide information to be loaded via prl software?

I think I'm missing something. The PRL software is only used to back up and restore the PRL *on the phone*. It can be used to load a new PRL into a phone that won't connect at all because it's PRL is roasted-- but in general, if you have service it is easier to update the PRL by calling *228 and telling it to "update your roaming capabilities" (or some such.)
