I just now got home. I guess everything is working ok now? I was able to check PM's here from the road just before I got here... the index page wasn't coming up though (unless it's really slow and I just didn't wait long enough!).

I got your IM's while I was driving

from what i've gathered, the index page isn't working properly, and on the threads the 'expand' and 'contract' buttons are missing....

dw, what is going on with the mobile site?

if you notice other things that are not working properly, please post them here or pm me so i can look into them also

Thanks
Jazz

When I attempted to post a message to this thread from the mobile site, everything worked fine until I hit the submit button. Then I got an error message that seemed to suggest the message was not posted. It was posted however. That is why you have two similar messages from me in this thread, as I tried a second time before I realized the first message was posted successfully. I got the same error message on the 2nd message I posted here. The 3rd message from me (as well as this one) were posted from my PC going in through .../vbulletin/

That's what I have seen also. Everything but the index page appears to work fine.

Is it justme???

I just noticed, that for instance on the 7135 on Sprint?? Thread, I can only see 2 pages. The first page of when the thread started, and the posts from yesteday. As I recall, there were somewhere around 85 pages on that thread. HMMMM

Page # navigation missing?

Don't know if this is just me, but when I'm viewing a thread, I don't get the links that let me jump to different pages. Minor inconvenience, because I can edit the URL to jump.

Index page is still blank, Looks like there are still some bugs to be worked out... I'm guessing the website will have to go back to core testing and then back to friendly-user testing again before its available through a high-profile annoucement sometime in MAY! LOL

Fortunatly, I used my browser's history function to "hack" into the website!

LOL... thanks... that was a good laugh Steve!

Yes, it is still "down" Jimmyjoe has discovered what the problems are, and will be staying up late to get them fixed!

"Hack" what an interesting choice of words..... add an "er" to that and you've just gotten to the root of the problem

Send a message via ICQ to Jimmyjoe

Well Looks like we got to the bottom of this... We were hacked.. looks like I have things back to normal. I see some irregularities but nothing that is stopping the forum all together. here is the date time and ip of the person who hacked in...

2003-03-15 16:55:54 217.39.96.74

Some UK address in a pool of British telecom addys. Also no user has logged in with that ip so no luck there.

The problem has been fixed and we are back and going again.

Thanks for your patience in this.

Well time for bed...

Well, we appear to still have one problem... the page numbers at the top and bottom of the threads don't appear to be working yet... we'll get to work on that...

Hehehe, I was wondering what the 1's were on the pages...reminded me of the pi symbols from that movie "The Net"

edit: thought I'd get cute and try to put an actual pi symbol in...didn't work
