I think the latest version is actually 2.3.0 RC3, which is what we upgraded to over this last weekend.... we're hoping that all of our old "hacks" will work with this new version.

You are correct, it's been a long day. I'm using 2.2.9 and waiting for 2.3.0 to be final. Then I'll wait for 3.0 to go final before upgrading. From what I read at the VBulletin forums you should have no problems with your hacks working. Thanks again for this forum.

My users would give their firstborn for a spell checker. I tried a hack but it didn't work and there won't be one in 3.0.

dunno if its my browser (phoenix 0.5), but when i click on "go to the first unread message," i am taken to the last message in the thread, which is not the first unread message. i just double checked with IE and see the same thing happening, so it is not browser-dependent

if this is news, hope it helps.

This won't help your non-IE users, but there is a free spell checker for Internet explorer here http://www.iespell.com/ that works great when posting to this board.

I downloaded the software, but noticed it doesn't come up in the toolbar for all sights, like this one. It's not there...

Am I doing something wrong?

if you customized your toolbar, you need to go to the customize setting and add it to your toolbar.

you can also right click on the screen or go to tools...

Yep, I got that Myst reference too That was the 2nd CD-ROM game I ever played (Kings Quest V was the first... I had already played it on diskettes and wanted to play it with sound!). Loved Myst though
