It is #1!

Thanks JJ and Jazz again. Reminds me of the VZ motto (except it's more true in this case ): "we never stop working for you".

btw,
Here's the pi symbol: π

Snipped from source(with a space to break the code): Here's the pi symbol: & #960;

I tried that...displayed a question mark instead...weird.

Welcome back to the SPS Pledge-a-thon!

I'd first like to thank Jimmyjoe & Jazz for all their efforts towards fixing the problems we've had recently!

IF you'd like to continue to recieve the same great programming you are used to enjoying here at the SmartPhoneSource, Please click on the "PayPal DONATE" button at the bottom of any SPS page! Its viewers like you who help support SPS and a small contribution of you donation will most likely go towards the caffenated beverage of Jimmyjoe's choosing to assist in keeping him alert and awake during those times when hackers turn off your regularly scheduled programming!

Don't waste any time, operators are standing by!

The problem doesn't completely prevent you from going to other pages.
On the thread list page, click on an page number. Then edit the "pagenumber" variable in the URL to jump to the page you want.

Oh man... you've got me rolling! :rofl What an imagination!

Thanks for your support Steve! As a matter of fact, we will be moving the SPS server to a new host shorlty, and will be incuring a larger hosting bill each month....

It looks like they are all back! Probably just in the last 30-45 minutes though.

Good work jj and jazz!

Oops. I clicked on the site's mobile address from my home PC to see what it looked like. Now all I get is the mobile site when I enter, even after clearing my cache. Before I screw up things further, what should I do to restore the full-featured PC site??

Two choices. Log out, then log back in. Or, go to "user cp", select Options, and near the bottom of the page, you can choose the style, change from mobile to default.

Okay, this is like the silliest bug report imaginable, and shows how much I am not getting back to work, but.... Is it just me, or do the wink smilies not wink anymore? All the rest of the animations roll, bounce, draw their swords, etc., but the wink smilies are stuck with their eye closed. Is this a hack side-effect? Is it just me and has my browser done something dumb? Thanks!

Yeah, I am not seeing all animations, and I can't contract "read" posts. At first I though it was just that my preference got changed, but I can't even find the preference anymore, and now I notice that the posts don't have expand/contract options anymore either.

Might be an artifact of the fact that I was using the mobile site from my PC this weekend. Time to go try from another computer....

I believe that some of it has to do with the various vBulletin "mods" that still need to be put back into place.

As far as the winking smilie... right now it looks like the old "traditional" wink smilie is in it's place... and I'm not sure what all was getting backed up before and what has to be put back into place one thing at a time.

The biggest thing I miss right now is the post "preview" in the e-mail notification.

Don't forget the hack that puts the first part of the new message in the email notification. I manage vBulletin forums also and you are doing a bang up job.
