Dave, there's a section set aside for issue's regarding the BB. But i'm certain they know the problems, as you'll read in that Discussion Forum and probably working hard on fixing them too.

We've all gotten these errors.

this is a PHP thing. There's a parameter you can set to increase the timeout, although, it's probably indicative of another problem. If it's just a volume thing then you should just increase the timeout.

is that a user parameter or an admin setting? I am also getting a timeout error on web page downloads through Eudora palm edition that cuts my pages at a max of 34k or so. Any suggestions? I haven't found a setting in the phone and so am missing part of the content of alot of smartphonesopurce pages when using phone to read. Would pqa solve this problem? Don

The PQA helps some

The PQA can be found in this thread, for those who are interested:

http://www.smartphonesource.com/vbul...&threadid=3228

Scroll down for the newest version.

My experience with the PQA is that the Palm appears to set a limit on the amount (or time) of the download. In a large percentage of the threads on this forum, you will get all the data that is there to get, but on some you will lose the very last few in the listing.

Hope this is helpful.

thanks nomad7674, very cool. Still curious about editing timeout of Eudora or network settings. Any suggestions? Don
