Help!

I live in Toronto and occasionally, I'm receiivng distrubing messages from senders that messages they're sending are being returned by my service provider as being too large.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Pls forgive my ignorance in this area - I'm obviously dumbfounded and would appreciate any helpful advice and/or if anyone else has encountered this and what the fix would be.
