I have have lots of problems resently with my P800.
First of all my friend wanted to dump stuff in the phone, so he did.
But then when i try to the same thing, my phone doesn want to connect to the PC... when i connect the cradle in an USB port my computer make a sound, then when i connect my phone on the cradle it does nothing, only a green light turns on. So i opened Sync station to check the settings and it said no phone is connected.

Then i tried with bluetooth, went to control panel> Connection> bluetooth> Settings, i switched operation mode to on and it freezes when i have to put a name on (name of device).

Can anyone help me?

right,the reason your phone my not be syncing is that it may be in modem mode, the rason that it only shows a green light is that no bluetooth is on and it is charging. (Control Panel --> Connections --> Cabel --> PC Connect)
i dont know about the tooth problem, but perhaps a restore from a back up will help. or maybe a master reset?
