HELP !!!!

For the past couple of days - I've made many, many unscuccessful attempts to synchronize my Outlook data with my 2 yr old P800.

This includes using the hidden service menu and formatting the entire internal memory.

The PC syncing software sees the phone, but when the synchronization window starts - Almost immediately - I get the error message - Synchronization Failed !

Can anyone help please ? It would be much appreciated !

this kind of thing happend to me. it worked again when i re intalled offce/outlook
