i get the following notification when trying to sync my p800:
"the microsoft jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time"
any ideas what this means?

trying closing Outlook (or whatever programme on the PC you are synching with)

This might work.
Try adding your P800 to the computer with different name.
Or try reinstalling Outlook.
