It probably tells me this in the manual, but I don't have one!

I have stored some video on my Mem Stick Duo - how do i now access it from the Video application? And is it the same procedure for audio?

For both audio and video, the files should appear automatically under the file menu in the top right of the application once open - those on the memory stick are listed as External Storage.
