Hello,
I have a big problem with my p800
It's possible to shutdown the P800 by pressing the Power key for 10 seconds

BUT : when i want to power on the P800, the Sony Ericson logo appears and nothing else....

The P800 didin't start

Could you help me ?

I'm facing same problem and I assume it's a matter of internal disk full (I had some warning messages and error messages in this respect).
Any idea how to press the HARD RESET to a P800 ?

My P800 crashed on me AGAIN! About once a month I have to bring it to the store for this problem and they keep the phone for days....

Is there any way I can do this myself? I am just out of warranty and the phone crashed again.

This is the 2nd Ericsson smart phone and it is the last one. My P800 crashed from the beginning very frequently. The phone has been unstable (missed calls) and crashes a lot. Even without the 3rd party applications this phone crashes.

Suggest using the hidden service menu to reformat your internal memory - That should work !

I'm having problems with my p800 too.When I connect it to charge the phone is restarting on and on.Please help me.I love this phone and I want to fix it.Thanks!
