Arne Hess over at PPCW.Net is offering an unlocked Microsoft SmartPhone for preorder. Not traditionally a hardware sales company, he is making this available so that more people can have access to the device. The PPCW.Net i-Mate is $549.00 US. No word on how long before they ship.
