Reuters is reporting that T-Mobile, Europe's second largest mobile phone carrier announced today that they have decided to abandon their efforts bring a pdaPhone based on Microsoft Smartphone to market. T-Mobile had announce their plans to deliver such a product about 6 months ago.
This is a big blow to Microsoft's efforts to dominate the mobile phone market, but they have stamina like no other company I've ever seen... and huge amounts of cash. They will keep at it for years and never give up. It will be interesting to see if they publicly comment on this announcement.
Do you think that Microsoft is on track with the Smartphone, or not?
