Information Week reports that former Microsoft Smartphone partner, Sendo, has filed suit this week in Texas against the software giant. The Sendo suit outlines a secret plan by Microsoft "to plunder its proprietary information, technical expertise, market knowledge, customers, and prospective customers." In October, Microsoft announced plans to work with High Tech Computer (HTC, maker of the Pocket PC Phone Edition) on the Smartphone. Last month, Sendo announced that it was dropping its Microsoft-based Smartphone design, and that it intended to source an operating system for its new phone from Nokia and Symbian.
