Good morning all

I have my computer set to prompt me every time a website wishes to put a cookie on my computer and starting, I believe, yesterday pdaphonehome wants to put a cookie on my computer with almost every screen change. All are coming from various ip addresses. I have it set to allow pdaphonehome.com's cookie but am confused why the website is wanting to put so many other ones... I have scanned my pc for spyware with Defender and Spybot and it came up clean...

Did something change here?
