I'll take a look at that. Question for you... how old was your VB prior to the upgrade. The reason I'm asking is I'm having a bear of a time with the old archive hack... trying to get those inbound visits to the right place. It should be an easy redirect, but I can't get it to work. PM me if you have an idea on that.

I just upgraded us a couple weeks again as a matter of fact.

I installed a modified vBulletin Mechanic mobile style which works with this version. You can check out the site to see it in action

http://www.kyfbodies.org/vb/?styleid=11

If you're a member at vBulletin.com, you can download it from http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=16915&d=1131292076

Here's the link to the thread:

It saved me a ton of custom coding, and it looks nice on my PPC-6700. Hope that helps. I'm no expert but would be happy to help in any way I can. I've been running my vBulletin site for about 3 years now.

I was logged in (as indicated by the fact that the posting picked up my user name and "happily converged" tag) and am now logged in, but I still see only three threads plus stickies, and still have no ability to access or modify Display Options.

What am I missing?

Thanks.

I am confused about what you are saying you can't do. Which forum are you in... if you can post the url of the page that is giving you touble, that would be good.

We moved from 2.x last year, and from 3.07 a couple weeks ago. I don't run the archive hack, so I'm sorry I can't help you with it.

it's the i500 forum... only the three stickies and three additional threads are visible, and I cannot figure out how to see any of the many, many other threads in this forum. I understand I could search for a search term, but the older format allowed us to see dozens of threads on the main screen.

Look down at the bottom of the page and change the "From the" dropdown box to "Beginning" (or whatever setting you want). By default it is only showing posts from the "Last Day".

As the other reply said, it was defaulting to last day. I fixed that so it shows all threads now. However, you can now set in your profile the way YOU'D like to see the threads shown... you can override the forum default. So even if I had left it to one day, you can chose to have all forums show a different amount.
