Not able to access site on PDA

For some reason, I am no longer able to access this site on my ipaq 2215, using an Audiovox RTM-8000D CF card connected with TMobile GPRS. It worked fine in the past, and I can still connect fine to other sites. However, when I try to access pdaphonehome.com, the page starts to load, but hangs on the banner.
I suspect that either Avenue A or Double-Click is trying to load an ad that is not compatible with PIE--a problem that I have also encountered on Brighthand, which I have largely stopped useing, as it makes no sense for a PDA forum to not be available on a PDA.
Any suggestions on what can be done to view this site on my 2215 again would be greatly appreciated.
Mick

Are you using the mobile version? That seems to work very well on all iPAQs...

Further testing indicates the problem is related to TMobile's blocking of port 554. When I use the 2215 with a wifi connection, there's no problem at all, but as soon as I use the data card, the site hangs while loading the banner ad.
Yet another reason to dump TMobile.

I used to have the mobile version running on my i700 when browsing THAT forum on PhoneHome, but now that I have the XV6600, I am having a dickens of a time getting myself hooked up with the mobile version! I can get it just fine on my home PC, but regardless of how I play with the URL to the forum, I can't seem to call up the mobile version on my 6600! I only get the full version...

Suggestions?

Matt

solved

Did some further reading through the threads and found the solution. Seems that the URL does not display the mobile code correctly on the PC. This is how the thread I am currently posting on appears in the address bar on my PC browser:

http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=57

Notice how the style just says "s=" and that's it. The style needs to read "styleid=5"

So, the correct URL to enter in on the Pocket PC would be:
http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?styleid=5&forumid=57

I'm not sure why the URL does not display the correct way on the PC, but that was my issue!

Hope this helps some others, when they attempt to surf the mobile version!

And remember, to get back to the FULL version on your PC (if you are stuck in mobile), just change the Style ID to 1 instead of 5.
Then the URL would look like:
http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?styleid=1&forumid=168
