Does the search feature even work in the forums? I click search, enter "gps", check off search everything, and it returnes nothing. Now, I know this string exists, so why do I get nothing?

The string is too short for the search feature to work. Try "gps software" or "gps system" or something else that describes what you're looking for that's longer. Then you'll get hits.

use wild card searches such as "gps*" where "*" is he wild card. you can also go to google and search the site using PDAPhoneHome as one of the search queries...
