I didn't see anything in the article that says Sprint intends to activate non-Sprint CDMA phones on their own network. If any of you see that, please direct me to the actual wording.

It's quoted almost verbatim in the second post. In the article, its the last sentence in the third to last paragraph (the second to last paragraph is only a sentence). it's really not given much importance by whoever wrote the article, but its very significant to us.
