I have been trying to setup a hot sync connection for a few hours and I am about to give up..Please help me.
I have a SPH-i500 which just came with the cradle that has the attached USB cord and wall outlet cord. I downloaded the software from the Samsung website which has the drivers and I also downloaded the latest version of the
Palm desktop software which includes the hot sync.
I connect by pushing on the sync button on the front of the cradle and when I do that the screen reads: Wireless CDMA Modem and underneath it, it has #777 so I click on the sync icon on the screen and the it tries connecting, but then a I get an error message that reads: Sync problem:
The connection between your handheld and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again.
Can anyone help me out? I need to download the update to the internet (this phone still have the Blazer which I understand does not work anymore, but in order to do this I understand that I have to be able to install the new internet program using a hot sync operation.
Thanks!
Erica
