Anybody know how I can get a 700p for my i500 using my equipment replacement plan?

My beloved i500 is finally going and I want to move to the Treo 700P.

What is sprint insurance offering you for your i500 these days?

They are currently replacing with the Treo 650 (no camera)

Hey - got optimistic yesterday when I went into the sprint store w/a broken i500. It had been a few days without getting a signal? Anyhow - they took it in the back & worked it over for a few minutes & then handed me a new i500! My old battery back, no box or anything. The message panels says not reconditioned for what its worth. Caught me pretty off-guard after lurking here for a year with this thing I sure expected a treo. BTW - the i500 was the locline replacement for my old kyocera...

well, not really sure I guess. Surprised more than anything that they had one! A 755p would have probably made my day - but quite a longshot!

so if my unit is reconditioned but I have insurance will they still give me a replacement phone that will be reconditioned?

If they still have any, yes. It might take some pushing to make them find one even if one exists.
