BTW, sprintpcs.proxy.novarra.com seems to be up again... but at least we have some additional options for the future...

Yesterday my Nweb would not connect to the web using the proxy I had been using for some time:

ampd.proxy.novarra.com

I looked up MB's (bless him) old post and switched to:

sprintpcs.proxy.novarra.com 64.27.165.27

which seems to work just fine for all the sites I have visited.

There is also:

webpro.palm.com 64.27.165.15

which I have not tired.

Was anyone else using ampd.proxy.novarra.com ? Any problems to report?

I wonder if this has anything to do with that guy I saw on 42nd Street; he had a long white beard and was carrying a sign: Repent! The end of NWEB is NEAR.
