The Wynnewood store in the Philly burbs has the upgrade, and I got my phone successfully upgraded in about 20 or so minutes. Hope this helps everyone in the philly area. And forgive me if I don't reply back to all the PM's. Hopefully you're checking this.

now i'm a bit peeved. XG23 and Spades from Standalone do not like one another. Fatal every time I click on it, and I've reinstalled it and started from scratch 3 times. Not happy. Everything else is fine with it though. No problems.

Even newer firmware?

My upgrade to XG23 in Phoenix took 20 mins and the tech there said there is another upgrade that really fixes the connectivity issue coming in a "few weeks"... hmmmm interesting. Anyone else hear about this new upgrade?

Don't know about this "new" upgrade, but I'd welcome it. I've had a ton of connection problems since this upgrade took place. WebBrowser Pro hangs in "request" status forever. I might get to a site one out of 20-30 tries. When I do get to one site, I can never click on a link and get to it. Blazer has been a little better, but it now very inconsistent. Makes me wish I didn't upgrade, especially if another one is around the corner.

I think I liked it better when there wasn't any support for this phone. Is that blasphemy?

I haven't seen any reports of success in the Atlanta area -- anyone?

And has anyone determined whether this upgrade finally fixes the ThinkPad IR problem?

I could not find an Addison store. The sprintpcs site listed one that did not exist. The one at the Tollway and Frankfurt was no help, offered WK19!

I tried Lewisville, and Plano also with no luck.

Can you help me out?

You can PM me or replay here.

PS is this site really , really slow for you?

I just got it done at the Trinity Mills/Tollway store (same one you reference above). I did tell them it won't be on their sheet they get at the beginning of the month, but it would be in their downloads. Dropped it off, came back an hour later - all done!

I referenced that store as the Addison store because I saw it referenced that way on Sprint's site. They have changed it now.

Sorry for any confusion.
