Is now 'officially' open for public posting of skins. The SkinSelector application is available for download in the 'apps' section, and anyone can upload a JPG image for use as a skin through the 'upload' section.
There are no fees associated with the site or apps, and you don't need to be a member, or give out your email, yada yada yada...
Currently, only the graffiti-skin upload tool is active, but the phone skin upload tool will be coming online in just a few days.
For those who have not been following my work -- the skin selector application does not install any type of system hack onto your i330 -- it formats images into the proper format for use by Samsungs new 'Skin Architecture' built into your i330.
This application will not work on the i300 -- however, if I get a few requests, it would be trivial to port Jake's Graffiti hack to read the new format databases.

Tried it under IE and Mozilla.
I've been able to download the skins from the nopdesign site (which is very nice, by the way); however, when i try to download the SkinSelector.zip file, I receive the error "This object has been blocked."

Does anyone have the same problem?
Thanks,

I can download the file just fine. That error message sounds like something on your pc is actually denying you access to either downloading things or just downloading .zip files. If it's your work pc, it's highly probable that they blocked it. Maybe you have some download manager or protection software that you accidently set to ignore all *.zip files?
Great work Scott! - A fantastic contribution to the I330 community.
Now we have our skins back!
Way back when there were a lot of I300 users bugging Jake for a dialpad hack and designing dialpad graphics...so i sure hope they are listening and preparing to upload their dialpads as phone skins.
The skinnable palm phone....this is what I call a PERSONAL digital assistant.
Scott, site looks great...can you explain in layman's terms how to create a skin for use with your skin selector? I'm trying to make one of the kids, but obviously don't want to upload something like this onto the site... thanks

P.S. The file is zipped so I could upload it here. You will need to unzip it before loading it into photoshop.
Would you mind if I posted this on the i330.nopdesign.com site for others to use?

It's really easy. Just create an image in your favorite photo editor (like Adobe Photoshop, or my favorite Micrografx Picture Publisher) that is 160 pixels across, and 65 pixels high. You can download the 'template' posted on the i330.nopdesign.com site to help you get started, and for button placement. From there, just modify the image however you like. There are no restrictions to what you can do to the image. When you are all done, save the image as a JPEG (.jpg) image. I recommend using either 'no' or very low compression for the best quality. Once you are done, just fill in the form on the 'upload' section of the site, and select the jpeg you created -- you're all done.
how about a "private" system as well. For example, the guy who wants to make a skin of his kids probably doesn't want to post that as a download. Could you add an option on the upload form that would allow people to either just download it right away from the site or have it emailed to them without it posting to the site?
Ok....I have tried a bunch of times to create a skin but too no avail. I have resized the picture but when I uploaded it...and it showed up HUGE! What does downloading the template help out? I am lost!
