The OS is NOT upgradeable on the I330
The Samsung I330 comes with Palm OS 3.5.3. It is not upgradeable, no matter how much you wish it were or think it should be.
It's burned into the phone, and can't be upgraded.
If you really want a newer Palm OS, you'll need to try another phone, but so far I've found nothing lacking in my 3.5.3.
