accessing email

I am having a problem in accessing my email. It was okay when I first got the I300, but no longer.

I sign into sprintweb, go to pcs mail, go to login and fill in my userid, click ok and then get the password screen. I type in my password and the screen just sits there with nothing to click on to take me forward.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks

I can get my mail thru the PC. The problem has been going on for at least a week or 10 days, so I have been relying on my PC. However, I am going to start traveling next week and really want to be able to access with the I300

I've had this prob. Seems like there was another password that I had to use. The screen IS blank until you enter the correct password or correct number of characters. Sorry I am a bit cloudy on the solution, but I have had the problem.

that was worthless.....

have you tried changing your pwd via your pc...? this may cause a sort of reset which will allow it to work via your phone.

Also, your web mail password is diff't from your account password. It should be at least 6 characters long.
