Wireless web problems...

Hi everone

Well I got a new phone after I kept getting the "Low Battery" error every time I tried to power up the phone.

I have my new phone all charged up and programmed, but the problem that Im now having is that when I try to use the "Sprint web" (wireless web) It says "Security is not enabled. Enabling security can take several minutes. Proceed?". When I select "YES" I get "Security error: key exchange not enabled"
Anyone seen this error yet? Thanks

BTW, I performed a search on this subject and couldnt find anything.

call sprint and have them setup the wireless web back on your account. since you got a new phone you need to have that phones id setup on your account to use the WW. then after they do that, initiate a data call and it will setup your phone.

Question security error

When I try to get on the web I get a message that says, "Security is not enabled. Enabling security can take several minutes. Proceed?" If I click Yes, then I get a message that says "Security key not recognized." What is this? Can I get around it?

need to call sprints tech dept and have them set up your usage for wireless web. that just means your are not authenticated in the system to use WW on that account... no problem.. just give them a holler...
