Why is it when I do a hard reset I lose most but not all my speed dial #'s? I noticed that the phone seems to retain number 2,4,7,9,10,13,14, and 20. Before my phone took a s#@$, and I had to do a hard reset I had speed dial slots 1-20 taken. I also did a hotsync when I had all 20 slots entered. Anyone else had a similar experience?
