Have other people had problems with quality control for new i300s? I'm about to go back to Best Buy for the third time this week to make a return. First, the cradle that came with the phone didn't work (yes, I checked to make sure it was plugged in). And now the microphone doesn't work. i knew someone who went thru 3 6035's before he got one to work correctly out of the box...

so id say you are not alone... just take it back.
