I know this has been discussed many times before but only one person commented on this product. www.pdascreenprotectors.com I am currently using old write rights for the palm III that I cut down. Washes out the color but I love the writing texture. I know there are many companionlink users and a few brando users as well. Just trying to make a final decision.
The pdascreenprotectors claim it is the clearest product out there, no sticky film which means no bubbles and scratch resistent. they have some reviews from diffrent websites for their product. A bit pricey, but they say they last. Anyone hear anything different?
I have been using this product for the last two weeks without a problem. They are very clear and no sticky glue. In fact compared to the others I have used these are the least intrusive. They were a little tricky (not bad) to put on the first time. I had some trouble putting them on in a way to get all of the air bubbles out. I lifted the file up and smoothed it down a couple of times and it is sticking just fine. The stickum is a very light type of glue. I could peal it off anytime if I really wanted to (not permanent) Once on it looks great and the file doesn't slide around. I really like them
i like them because i dont have fingerprint issues nor do i have the sticky problem.. they have proved to work well for me with no streaking or moire of the screen..
have not tried the g2 but dont need to as these work just as if there was not a protector on...
PDAScreenProtector's have no glue. Are we talking about the same thing? These are the "tuck under" variety.
Also, they do not create a moire pattern on the screen. They DO streak or smudge like the screen underneath, but wipe as easily (if not easier).
These protectors feel much different then the screen underneath. They are smoother (maybe it is slicker) but they offer a high quality scratch resistant writing surface.
I just got my screen protectors today from www.pdascreenprotectors.com I bought 2 for $16.85 which includes shipping. Sounds expensive but I think this was well worth it. I had tried some older wright writes and it clouded up the screen too much. I then tried a companionlink screen protector which I liked but was difficult to put on without bubbles, or if you used a credit card edge to get out the bubbles you get streaks that show when it's off. Just aesthetically undesirable.
The pdascreenprotectors are different in that they don't stick to the screen via adhesive. It is a thin piece of plastic?, almost like a thin piece of plexiglass. It tucks into the space between the frame and the glass on the I300. I spent the extra few minutes carefully examining the lint situation before putting it in, even went into the bathroom and ran hot water (humidity = no lint in the air).
WOW! It's like looking at the original screen, maybe a bit better with a slight gloss to it. It feels pretty good with the stylus (smooth) and I don't see any scratching even with hard pressured strokes with the stylus or my fingernail.
I hope this helps. I would definitely recommend this. Now I can't wait to get my plastic holster off of ebay delivered, at least now I know my screen is protected.

i have the companionlinks now and i have no issues with putting them on. i have seen a bubble or two pop up, but they go away in about a day.. i have had these since late october and im still on #1...
even thogh these are made for the i300, i had to cut a tad off to make it nice and tidy on the screen...
Has anyone using this product had problems with screen sensitivity? I received my pdascreenprotectors (G2) today and installed one without any problem. At first, everything seemed fine. You can't even tell there is a screen protector there. It just looks like the original screen.
After a short time, I started having difficulty writiing on the screen. Many Grafitti strokes took three or four tries before they registered. And clicking icons required a pretty forceful tap to work. I was trying to take down a memo and it took me about 3 minutes to write a sentence. It's very frustrating... kind of like taking a shower in a raincoat, if you know what I mean.
The stylus feels very slick on the screen and it's not getting enough 'traction.' I even tried 'digitizing' the screen and that didn't help.
Anyone have suggestions? I already took the one I installed off and I'm thinking about returning it.
again, the companinlinks are great! i used them on the i300 and now 330 and i get good results from them. i would take them back and purchase the companionlinks..
