The Palm 500 and 505 (operating on PalmOS 4) have the ability to vibrate and/or flash the LED for alarms, instead of making sound.

This is not a current capability of the i300. However, it is capable of vibrating and it does have an LED (which to my knowledge is only used during power on/off). Any idea if this functionality could be added? Through a patch or program? Or does this require PalmOS 4?

Seems like very core functionality (especially since the hardware is there).

The only feature i miss that my cell phone had was the ability to notify me of an alarm by vibrating while in silent mode. The I300 as you stated can not do this. I really hope this feature is addressed because then my I300 will be absolutely, without a doubt, the most kicka** device there is!!!
