First, I'd like to say how glad I am that I found you all. I bought my i300 a week ago, and learned more in the last 24 hours from browsing these posts than from all the manual reading I did the entire week!

Second, on the subject of earphones: I got EarGlove from Best Buy (sorry, no digital camera to take a picture) which seems to be the best of both worlds. It has a padded, completely bendable stem that fits behind the ear and supports the ear bud (which doesn't actually go in and is very comfortable) and a small padded boom. Best of all, it has an 'all-in-one' silver button that instantly turns on the 'voice dial lady', mutes the call (if wanted) mid-call, and then ends the call when you're ready. At $24.95, it's a great deal. I use it in the car, and today bought the Sony whisper for in-house use since the control does NOT seem to work voice dial for me.

Lisa I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who's Sony functions "correctly." I have an older version of the EarGlove and just don't find it comfy at all. This is obviously a diff't model as mine does not feature the silver button as yours.
