I lost the CD for my phone but have access to SW for the Treo 650. It installed Hotsync 6.0.1 and Palm Desktop 4.1.4.

I sync with Lotus Notes using Intellisync for WinXP.

Is the PalmOne software ok to use?

I tried to sync but had connection problems b/c I'm using an USB to Serial adapter and think I have driver problems. I'm asking the above question to rule out problems.

Any version of palm desktop software should work fine so it is most likely a driver issue. Are you sure that local serial is checked in the hotsync manager and that it is on the right com port?
