New to pda and i300

Hello, I am a virgin to PDA and the i 300. Just got the i300 off of ebay and am using it with verizon. Wanted to know how to get Blazer 2.0 for free if possible?? What are the most useful programs for this phone? Is there anyway to save and view pictures?
Thanks for all help

Blazer is slow. AFAIK, it's only included with the SprintPCS CD of add-in software.

Instead, suggest you get Eudora Web & Mail freeware from http://eudora.com/products/unsupported/internetsuite/
as Eudora Web, although text-only, is much faster than Blazer.

WHat kind of pix do you wish to save?

Thanks John,
Yeah I have tried downloading Blazer, Eudora, a couple of different mail clients like snapper. Everytime I try to connect to the internet it gives me this message... Error: modem not found (0x1106). It is so frusterating! I have read previous posts and tried doing what people have mention but nothing seems to work. Any help out there??

Make sure in PREFS your Network is set to 'Wireless CDMA Modem' and your Connection is set to the same.

In fact, suggest you find someone else who has the i300 working on Verizon, and collect their setting for PREFS (particularly the Network and Connection panels).

I tried all of that, still does not work. Can you tie in Hotmail with Eudora? Thanks for all the help.
