do you have teo i300's?

if so, just sync the new phone to the address book via the palm desktop...

Lightbulb

If your old phone is still operational you can also go to the sprint equipment store and they can transfer the information for you, as long as there are no bugs... Saves hours.

I've been unable to get my address book to sync the past few weeks too. I've uninstalled the Palm desktop software and reinstalled, to no avail.

some questions to ponder...

have you ever had it sync before?

if so, did yuo install anything just prior to the addy book not syncing?

did you check your settings in your custom/setup fields in the hotsync manager?

have you checked your options in your conduits? (pocketmirror)

Tranfer you old address book

Hey Guys:

You can just beam your whole address book over to your new phone. I beamed my current address book from my I330 to my Kyocera 6035 just to see if I could do it.

Good Luck

Send a message via AIM to ZUUL Send a message via Yahoo to ZUUL

Have you synced with any other programs lately/before like Intellisync?

If you sync with Intellisync for Yahoo! to sync your Outlook Express address book with your yahoo account, you have to set the parameters back to Palm and not to transfer to Yahoo.
