What's the best way to do it?

Is there a program that'll let me transfer them using the cradle?

Only way i can think of is using a mini jack out from the phone into the line in or mic in of the sound card and then recording using an audio program like windows recorder or sound forge or something.

nope...voice memo was an oversight, samsung should have made that possible. voicemail, well, voicemails aren't ever stored on your phone, so no, there wouldn't be a way to download them (unless someone decided to design in a special feature for it). But yes, you could run a cable in.
